to the Lift 4 Life coaching program!

We're super excited that you are a part of our team and that we can help you change your life!

The purpose of this resource section is to ensure that you have everything you need to get you started the right way.

What we need you to do is carefully work your way through these steps (in order). They contain various resources that you will most definitely be referring to again throughout your transformation, so please save links on your phone/ laptop/ PC for future access.

All of our Wall of Famers have been coached through multiple 12-week programs but they all started with the same fundamentals as us.

Changing your life, body and habits that you may have had for a lifetime is going to take TIME, this is why we work with people for a minimum of 12 months. We know you will need time to grow, learn and implement this new way of life to stand any chance at permanent success!
